Register Your Account
If you are a returning the payment again, you may simply login with the credentials you used when you created the account. If you have forgotten your credentials, you may click here to reset your password.
If this is your first time visiting the payment portal, you must register for an account by clicking the blue Register button.
Complete the entire form. Read and agree to both the End User License Agreement and the HIPAA Authorization Agreement.
Check Your Email
You will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with a link to click that will allow you to activate your account and begin making payments online via their secure server.
Login & Make a Payment
You may now login with the credentials that you created during registration. Once you are logged in, you can make a payment by selecting Make a Payment from the left-hand menu.
The first time you make a payment, you will need to enter the following Provider Statement Code:
Once you enter this code and click Verify you will be able to make payments. The next time you return to this payment portal your Provider Statement Code will be saved.
